Why should I work with a travel advisor when I can plan and book my own travel online or with AI help?

How much do your services cost?
The research and design fee for a custom itinerary starts at $350 per trip and increases based on the length of the trip, number of travelers, and complexity. Our assistance with specific individual hotel bookings is complimentary, and you can even receive our exclusive VIP perks and preferred pricing by booking on your own through our Hotel Booking Tool <link to booking site>.

When should I start planning my trip?
It’s never too early to start planning a trip! We recommend beginning a minimum of six to eight months in advance to ensure we can secure the itinerary that works best for your vision and budget. If you’re a last-minute planner, we do provide an express service with an additional fee for trips departing within 60 days of the inquiry.
Is there a minimum trip cost?
While we are conscientious about money when booking for clients, we do recommend ranges for our custom itineraries that include hotels, tours and transfers. Our starting suggestion for a full personalized itinerary which varies by location and seasonality is $600-$1200 per person per day (not including flights). We are also happy to assist with hotel-only bookings which offer more budget flexibility.
Is travel insurance required?
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect the investment you’ve made. Anything can happen before or during your trip, and travel insurance will give you peace of mind with unforeseen circumstances. Hotels, tour partners, airlines and cruises charge a premium for cancellations – and most health insurance policies don’t cover medical issues while abroad. We’re happy to assist with a quote for you and strongly suggest you purchase coverage.

Can you assist with my group trip?
Whether it’s a friends’ trip, golf excursion, wellness journey, or destination wedding (and everything in between), we’d love to help with your group and take some of the stress away from the group coordinator.
I’ve already booked a hotel or a cruise but need help with tours or activities. Is that an option?
While we can bring the most value with a full itinerary, we can assist with experiences as well. If you’re interested in pre- and post-cruise or destination wedding extensions, we can help round out your full itinerary.
