HOW WE WORK
We are curious and love learning about you -- that’s where it all begins. From there, you can relax and we’ll take care of the details, so your travel experience feels effortless from start to finish.
HERE’S HOW IT ALL WORKS:
STEP 1
Share Your Story
We start with a brief, thoughtful questionnaire to tap into your trip vision, personal style, and travel preferences. Whether you’re planning a beach getaway or a cultural deep-dive, we use this to start building your dream trip from the ground up.
STEP 2
Discuss the Vision
Once we’ve learned a little bit about you, we dive deeper. The next step is a complimentary discovery call where we talk through in-depth details – your must-haves, your nice-to-haves, and the little things that will make this trip unforgettable. Following the call, we’ll share a customized quote for our travel design fee. Once confirmed, your place as a client is secured and we get to work.
STEP 3
Curate the Itinerary
We’ll begin working with our partners on the ground to create your customized luxury travel itinerary, complete with tailored experiences and exclusive hotel reservations. We know you have high standards, and so do we. We’ll unlock a host of special travel VIP benefits (at no additional cost to you) through our exclusive relationships. Expect a beautiful, bespoke proposal that we build with you to make sure it’s exactly what you want.
STEP 4
Lock It In
Once we’ve landed on your itinerary, you’ll place a deposit and mark the travel dates on your calendar! We’ll be in touch along the way as we work to finalize all the details – hotels, private guides, exclusive perks, and a few surprises to make your trip unforgettable.
STEP 5
Pack Your Bags
You’ll receive a full itinerary with all your details loaded into our personalized mobile app for easy access. Before your departure, we’ll have a quick chat to go over final details and answer any last-minute questions. While you travel, you’ll be in good hands with our team and our on-location partners for support.
When you get back, we’d love to hear about your trip – and feel free to send us pictures so that we can live vicariously through you!
A Word About Budget
Our goal is to provide the best personalized travel experience that reflects your style, priorities, and budget.
While we design with care and intention at every level, we do recommend a starting budget range of $600-$1,200 per person, per day for a full itinerary including hotels, tours, and transfers (flights not included). This range can vary depending on location, season, and group size.
Prefer to keep things simple? We’re also happy to help with hotel-only bookings at 4-5 star hotels, boutique resorts, and private villas, offering more financial flexibility while still unlocking valuable hotel perks and VIP benefits. (Please note: we don’t book Airbnb or similar platforms.)
