Full Itinerary Design
YOUR TRIP, COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED TO YOU.
This bespoke service includes custom-curated itineraries from start to finish. This covers hotels, hand-selected experiences, and transportation (excluding international airfare). We collaborate with you throughout the planning process and deliver a seamless and personalized itinerary – complete with access to our mobile travel app.
You'll also benefit from exclusive perks and VIP travel benefits through our global network of trusted partners (at no additional cost to you). Then while you’re traveling, our team and on-location partners are here to support you every step of the way.

Full itinerary design begins at $350 and may vary depending on the length of travel, number of travelers, and the complexity of the trip design. Once we have a clearer picture of your vision following our initial discovery call, we’ll share updated guidance on the fee that reflects the scope of your trip.

Trips departing within 60 days of inquiry include an express planning fee of $250.
Hotel-Only Assistance
EXPERT HOTEL CURATION WITH VIP PERKS
Not looking for a full itinerary? We’re happy to help you choose the perfect place to stay. For a curated hotel proposal (three to four options within a single destination), our research and design fee is $100 per person.
Our assistance with specific individual hotel bookings is complimentary. Through our relationships with hotel partners, clients who entrust us with accommodation-only assistance will experience VIP treatment and exclusive perks at no extra charge.
DIY Hotel Bookings
BOOK IT YOURSELF — STILL GET THE BENEFITS.
While we love getting to know you, we also understand that you might know which hotel you’d like and prefer to book it on your own. Through our Hotel Booking Tool, you can easily compare hotels and receive our preferred rates, VIP amenities and special touches (all at no additional cost to you).
Group Travel
GROUP GETAWAYS, PERFECTLY CURATED
Our group travel services are ideal for getaways with friends, golf excursions, wellness journeys, destination weddings and more (even if it’s simply hotels). We’ll take the logistical stress off the group organizer and streamline the process with proposal options and easy payment so everyone can enjoy the trip. After our discovery call, we’ll provide a custom quote for group research and itinerary design.
Airfare Bookings
TAKE OFF WITH EASE
We can assist with flight research and booking through our trusted air department. The fee begins at $50 per person in addition to emergency airfare support if desired (for an additional charge). We’ll help align your flights with your itinerary for an even easier travel experience.
